When people don't SEE AND FEEL your vision or don't really care about their job, they won't come through the way you need them to EVEN if your paying them. I understand exactly what he's feeling and any type of department director, creative or team manager will. When people don't SEE AND FEEL your vision or don't really care about their job, they won't come through the way you need them to EVEN if your paying them. You have to repeat yourself over and over again to get it in their head because they're just not willing to put the effort in to understand. I think the best way to make people understand is get them to really really see and feel the vision as best you can before putting them in there to create and manage them. But how Kanye is acting isn't wrong. It's a person who believes 10000% in their creativity and vision and wants it to come to life and ppl dont do their jobs right. that's all.
