It seemed like Hollie had blown it when she heard them tell her that producers said that they don't have time. She really broke down into tears as if it was all over, but Simon came to her rescue and promised her that they will find time somewhere and give her a second chance. To me, I think that's the sweetest thing Simon has ever done on a talent show. He understands the kind of pressure Hollie is under. But I think this was 1 time exception to the rules.

For all the people saying she is spoiled and a brat.. If you have any sense at all and ever had a panic attack you would know she wasnt faking.. It over comes you and you do nothing but break down.. She is 10 years old.. would you not be scared? Grow up.

The difference in the bravery is as follows. Yes, it's TERRIBLY hard to perform on that stage, lots of pressure. But if you make it through that first one, you're done. Now imagine breaking down in front of THOUSANDS of people, begging for a second chance on LIVE tv, and then having to go out and do it all over again. The nerves get WORSE. So congratulations Hollie on a BEAUTIFUL second performance!
what are u actually going on about ... ur saying because shes a kid she cant win? what about george last year? He was only and still is a kid and he did just fine. The point im trying to make is that you dont have to be an adult to secceed in life. George has already been on tour and has a DVD out .. i think i made my point.
Sorry I think she is brilliant and brave and who the hell cares about if she is ready to be "a professional" who is somehow too cold not to be affected by even a small mistake in a song?!! she has an AMAZING voice and that is what counts

Had that been an adult, do you honestly think they would've given her another chance? She would've been booed and taken off stage. But because she's a kid, they gave in and let her redo her performance. All I'm saying is if this was a fair competition, then she wouldn't have gone as far as she would've.
I think she's still a child. No matter what she can do, she's a kid. No matter how much she pretends she can be an adult by performing, she still has childhood tendencies. I think she shouldn't win only because to be a performer you need more than just a nice voice and a kid's face to go along with it.
I am not trying to make excuses because they should not baby her but it seems like Simon kind of psyched her out with the intro he made on the other one (unless that was added after). She does have a great voice though and with time she should get over her stage fright, especially being on stage so young.
I am absolutely sure that was staged. I mean yeah, she is a cute little kid with big potential, but she didn't deserve a second chance and I see no reason why they would let her perform again, hence why, this was staged
Connie Talbot was better than that when she was 6 years old. She shouldn't have gotten another chance just because she's a child and boo-hooed her way into getting it. I didn't see a single tear in that child's eyes. Someone my age would have been buzzed with those nice big red Xs in a second. Obviously she is not ready for this.
i think its fair that she got a second chance because she broke down. but, she totally faked the second time she "cried" cuz there was no tears. lolz but she is a great singer for a spoiled little brat:p
