I am a high school teacher and I encouraged a student to sing this song at the school talent show. He did it and won third place in the contest. The winner was voted by the student population which is amazing to see that teenagers enjoy a song like this!

Couldn't agree more. How I wish I'd been a teenager in the 50/60s era. Music, fashion , hair and makeup were all phenomenal. I always loved that era growing up. I was born 77 but always preferred that era to the one I was born into. My Mum always said I was born in the wrong era. I love this young man's voice. Gives me Buddy Holly vibes...
What so weird about it is not only his song like 60's, but also his facial looks. It's almost like a man from the past came into the future and decide to make a records

the first time i heard this song, I thought it was one of those old songs from the 60s. Imagine my surprise finding out it was written and sung by this young man. What a nice song and his voice is so wonderfully rich and deep. I love listening to it. He's also very handsome!

Does anyone else cry hearing this song or is it just me crying? This song is so sweet and wholesome! It would also make a beautiful wedding song! Whether that's a bride/groom dance or walking down the aisle song. Love Stephen songwriting . His early albums was folk style, which i love. But this up coming album is 50,60s vibe, which I love. Just like Stephen I was brought up with this music by my late aunt, constantly putting on different LPs from this era. Feeling Stephen aspiring all generations to this music again. Such a dramatic , spectacular ending , he showed us a new level of his talent !
The quality of this guy's voice is breathtaking. I'm not sure if he meant to do it or not, but at 1:57, he hits an F-4 and produces an amazing overtone an octave up at F-5 that is so pure and so strong, it sounds like he's channeling the spirit of Beverly Sills. I'd have thought it was a fluke, but he does it again at 2:42. As a vocalist, myself, I'm not only in awe -- I'm jealous.
Such a different vibe when he’s performing without the guitar - I feel like he’s able to fully laser in on his vocals, and he sounds incredible. Enjoying this new phase of his performing though I have no idea if he’ll go back to being a singer-guitarist type of performer though I’m not complaining either way haha
There is no such thing as outdated music. This young man is living proof of that. He makes music and sings from the heart. The energy is so strong it makes us forget about time and space.
