    Great tutorial, thanks much! Loom does seem easier to use than the clipboard/masking tape approach, nice to have the cords elevated.

    Very nice instructions. Question- would it help straighten out the beading thread with a warm iron or would that melt it ? Thank you!

      Real 100 % silk thread dont melt, so i think its a good idee to warm iron it before use.Dont do this with Rattail, because this is a satin cord (contains nylon) and definetely will melt.

      We do not recommend ironing the silk thread. For this project, the tension of the loom will straighten the thread. Thanks for watching!
