@@BVM729 Hey I figured it out. Basically you have to run the script with only the create database code first before adding anything to the script. After, running it, you can add your "create table" code to the script. I think this is because you have to have a database first so you can add a table to it.

pgadmin4 : postgresql application server could not be contacted. if anyone facing this issue Ensure that the port specified for pgAdmin 4 (default is 5050) is not in use by another application. If it is, you can change the port in the pgAdmin configuration.

I have PsotgreSQL 9.5 installed and would like to update it to 15.5, do you have any suggestions on this further. anyone that is installing this on their computer and ISNT prompted to create a password. that means you probably have had a version of postgresql on your computer before. uninstall it, and look for your postgresql folder in your C drive or wherever it is and delete that too. and reinstall postgresql from scratch and you should be able to be prompted to make a password during the install.

uninstall pgadmin from the postgres package and reinstall seperately that solved the issue for me.
