DKY....you should have asked the Minister why did he allow the GFA to take out taxes and send the black Stars to camp in South Africa whiles they could have spent that money in our Ghana economy. And use the facilities they have built over the past 7 years. In 5 yrs this stadium will be like Sunyani or Tamale......it's not my wish but it's a sad reality.

Saa.We live in a Country where only Kumasi Stadium is the only Stadium sanctioned by CAF for International games.What has happened to the recently built Cape Coast Stadium and worse off go to Essipong Sports Stadium,the least said about it the better.Even the scoreboard of Kumasi Sports Stadium is spoiled.Its good to see what we are seeing but in totality what is the state of the other stadia built for CAN 2008If we build but can't maintain them it's score zero.
Honestly, the NPP have disappointed me big time ...I had high hopes they won't repeat some mistakes made by the previous administration...but again Nana Ado wasn't diligent and firm as I had hoped. Unfortunately they have lost my vote

This is not what this Government promised the people of Koforidua when Nana was busy looking for power. He told us the people of Koforidua will have a first class 35 thousand capacity sports stadium like other regional capitals. This is exactly what he said at that time. As regional capital look at this school park that a whole president has traveled from Accra to commission? Talk is really cheap beside no one is holding him accountable for what he told the people of Koforidua when he needed power so i don't blame him . I blame my own people of Koforidua for settling for this useless renovation which will not even stand the text of time. In the first place Nana Addo is from the region and I was expecting him to start developing Koforidua and move it from municipality to metropolitan and the 35k international standards stadium he promised us will be build on a very big land around Koforidua just to expand the city but look at what he is given us and doesn't feel ashamed for lying to the people. Any serious Government with foresight will even sell that old stadium for any developer who is will to build a mall there and use the proceeds to buy a vast land to build that 35k capacity sports stadium around Koforidua and even if he fails to complete it the next government will continue and his name will be attached to it . For now he has also failed his own region because there nothing attached his name. This man is more than the word useless because he wasn't born a leader so he has no vision. So sad.
