  • I normally use Ride on tire sealant and balancer, it historically has balanced well but left something to be desired sealing wise. Sahara Moto claims this stuff balances, seals, makes you french fries, and never leaves a Homie hanging. Let's put that to the Test!

I have about 1000 miles on a new set of tires. I took off all weights and the motorcycle rides great. Easy install. Follow directions and no issues. Very happy so far.

I'm glad it's working out for you I stumbled across that stuff purely on accident and I like the price and how well it performs. I guess I should have done a follow-up video to this but I accidentally hit a cactus not too long ago and it did manage to seal the tube long enough for me to get back to camp

And I thought my garage and toolbox was disorganized 🤣.
I just did a tire change and added Sahara im not even sure that my tires needed a balance (yeah right) or this stuf is just that good - this stuff is good $h*t!

I dig it, its a bit better at sealing holes than ride on and not as wonky as slime.

Great video! I dig the Nintendo Metal soundtrack as well. Noob question here: is one supposed to use the Sahara and replace the air long term, or is it for temporarily fixing flats after the fact?
    Thanks!

Thanks a ton I write my stuff in MIDI and then run it through a famicon filter. So the tire goo is something you put in when you put new tubes on and just air the bike up. And just add more air as needed, the leak prevention properties are kind of a secondary benefit other than the tire balancer

    Great vid!
Does this material harden over time requiring adding more (say in 6-12 months)?
Any updates on flat protection? Tire balancing?
Do you still like it or have you settled on a different product?
Finally, what tubes (brand and thickness) are you running?
    Thank you

I ended up having that bike 2 years, Ran that set of tubes 1 year with 2 tire changes. The goo never hardened, stuck in one place, or caused an issue. Then again Ride On performs that well minus it's leak stoppage on tubes. I still use the sahara on my CRF450RL for balancing run tusk ultra heavy duty tubes, kenda k760 front and motoz enduro IT rear. Had a sizeable mesquite spike in the front tire I noticed after the race and the tire a week later is still holding air with only a small greasy spot that was left behind. For my YZ I run Tubliss and use the green stuff in it per manufacturer's suggestion.

I found Moto very effective. Easy install and balanced very well. Not sure of your math, 7.25 plus 8.75 adds up to 16 oz. Also, I have no idea where you get 50 miles to set up?? Just a couple of miles and the Moto was balancing great and has every time out. Pulled a couple of thorns and one nail, sealed right up. Safe riding!

If memory serves me right it's been a while since I made this video I mentioned that my bike needed slightly more dosing than the bottle I ended up shorting the back tire as I assumed it wasn't that big of a deal as the front. The bottle I had back in the day specified a 50 Mile first ride to properly install the product which I thought was a bit extreme myself. Thanks for watching and yeah I love this stuff compared to ride on

Hmm... Well I think at high heat it does not work as well as ride on and it stays really liquidy (not a word) so you notice in further videos it likes to pop out when checking the air. I do like how much cheaper it is however.

I was housing my in-laws belongings since they got foreclosed on. Pretty much our house was full to bursting before they passed and before I sold that house.
