We are a Mumbai based Biker couple (Kiran) and (Sachin). We have been riding since last 8 years and till date we have ridden for more than 3 lakh kms plus on our individual bikes. I have been using the wroom tank bag version 1. And amazing confidence I am getting on my himalayan. Wish it had a small speaker grill in the bottom to listen to music while riding 😜. Also in the first compartment need more velcro so that my credit cards and coins don't fall off when using it as back pack.

This may be a bad idea. Because magnets tends to attract iron fillings which are obviously hard and will definitely scratch the tank. To avoid this we have to go for PPF or ceramic coating. My idea is, there should be a part attached to the tank permanently all the time, and these magnets or any coupling device will get attached to it(not magnets to be on safer side) but thing like a quick release. Or like we have our gopro mounts stuck on our bikes and helmets. Those mounts will be stuck somewhere near the underside of the tank where it doesnt show up, this also helps the bike to look stock with no extra attachments.
During off road this will attract dust with micro iron filings and may ruin the paint on the tank.
Product is not being criticized. just my thoughts.

One suggestion: bring same tank bag with expandable volume from 28 to 32 ltr. So it can be used in 28 ltr capacity and 32 ltr capacity.
Currently i am using 28/ 32 ltr tank bag of zeus.

Adding to the suggestion, the extension zipper should on upper part of bag. Generally other tank bags have extension on bottom part, which is not strong enough to hold and tends to move the bag both ways.
We feel 28 litres are sufficient when it comes to Tank bag....we feel from our years of experience that its not good to make your tank heavy 🙂

Base layer not needed for magnetic tank bag because the base material of Wroom magnetic tank bag is much softer similar to that of non magnetic tank bag....helmet not supported
