The thing is: he is right. 80%-100% of the work of such missiles, espaily in for such dictators, is propaganda and fear. Most of this things will never get blown up. So an angry look is sometimes more important.
Completely false. The fear comes from demonstrating that they can fly effectively and target accurately, not from how they look in the silo.

There is the one that are testet and the ones shown. The ones shown should be the dangerous ones and they get not fired.

Even N Korea dont test their nuclear weapons in missiles. They test stuff, that could be loadet into missiles and than show the missiles. And even they didnt done general nuclear weapons testing for 6 years. So NO! You dont fire up this particular rocket in a real scenario. Its a propaganda peace.
Honestly if I was the scientist and the guy said "It needs to be more pointy, I'd say "Of course supreme leader!" and then later just duct tape/weld a hollow metal cone to the top and see if he could notice the difference

Too pointy, and it overheats, too round and drag gets higher. Western submarine launched ballistic missiles use a aerospike to "cheat" the air into thinking the whole nose is pointy at supersonic speeds.
You misunderstood, he means that "we didn't make this shape to optimize for aerodynamics, but instead the payload delivery".

I actually used the "ok I'm there" quote on my former boss during a meeting. Keyword there being "former", but then again I had wanted to dump that job for a very long time anyway. Totally worth it.
I remember that this scene was a bit longer.
Right after Nadal says "Okay, I'm there.", Aladeen literally asks him if the missile would bounce back and blow up Wadiya instead of landing on Israel.

The Dictator is overall slightly less cheesy, and more meaningful than Borat IMHO, and f you like democracy and jokes that sometimes are really really cheesy in a good way..
