Dimash's concerts are published on the web and you can see them. About "non-mistakes", Dimash has been learning music all his life. He still maintains singing teachers in Kazakhstan and China. Every day he trains 3 hours in singing and has a permanent physical exercise routine. He has the highest studies in classical and contemporary music. Master in composition and finishing a doctorate in musicology. With this preparation we can hope that Dimash will be able to interpret the music with excellence.

Hello Mr.Harris I went to Prague to listen to him live,he is amazing ,his voice is so strong that you can feel it in your bones,in your heart ,in your soul. He made us sing , dance , cry and enjoy for 3 hours ,he was unstoppable. What an experience that was. After seeing and listening him live, I just love him the more. if there will be a Dimash concert in your area I strongly recommend you to go.you won't regret it for sure.
Qudaibergen plays seven instruments: piano, keyboards, dombra, drums, guitar, marimba and bayan. He speaks Kazakh and Russian, and is studying English and Mandarin.He has performed songs in 13 languages, Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, French,Spanish,German, Serbian,Turkish, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, and Japanese.

Dimash began piano & vocal studies at age 5. At age 6 he won a Kazachistan National Piano Competition. He also has earned an MA in Musical Composition.

Dimash adapted this Kazakh folk song. The first instrument was the dombra before he switched to the keyboard. Dimash is also well versed in percussion and a few other instruments. There is a recording from 2018 (I believe) where Dimash sang this song in its original format with his sister. Cheers from Canada!

Live is an experience you can not imagine. Not only does he sing for 3 hours but he is so warm, genuine, appreciative and interactive with the fans. He usually finds a way to get off of that stage and right up to the fans much to the dismay of security who literally has to run behind him because he has been know to just run. He thinks nothing of getting on his knees to bow down to the audience in thanks. He plays a host of instruments but is modest enough to say he does not consider himself professional on them since that was not his main study. Keyboards, Dombra, drums etc.

The instrument is a dombra, one of the national instruments of Kazakhstan. Dimash won a national piano contest in his country at age 12. I love the various types of music Dimash uses together for unique sounds. He is incredibly versatile. It is a joy to watch him grow in his musicality and the artistry of his performances in every way. Will be a dear forever!

This performance was not live - typical on TV in China. In concerts he sings live and not every note is perfect: he is human after all. I never heard his voice crack, but he does occasionally get a bit flat, or cuts a note a bit short, or does not sing all the most crazy runs. He is HUMAN and we love him all the more for it.

His Dad runs daily operations and he's the former leading music producer in Eurasia and successful vocalist himself. Lotta gifted family and friends employed as well. They ALL say, he's the boss.

Give it a try zoomed and in slow motion and you'll se that the performance was live. What the producers did after with it is another thing cause it was prerecorded for a TV show. But yes, he was singing live. He Definitely swallowed Pavarotti, Maria Callas, Yma Sumac, Freddy Mercury and this time he swallowed Stevie Wonder too.

yes hopefully he will have more concerts in the US soon. The next concert is December 23 in Hong Kong. It will be my fifth Dimash concert! you will get addicted to his concerts, lots of other dears have been to more than a dozen concerts! Kazakh dombra this time, in Stranger it's a kobyz...sharman's ceremonial and healing forerunner to the violin with
a goatskin chamber and two horsehair strings.
This was in China on CCTV interview I think, and with famous Lang Lang concert pianist and orchestra, Dimash sings a short vocalise.
There was a number of appearances and performances in China recently to do with the Golden Panda Movie Awards ceremony, with Wei Wei and others, in a cave, on stages indoor and outdoor. Lots, and all worth watching....of course.
