Like what he said, auto tune was added on the live vocals in the editing process before it was posted on social media to cover any small mistakes the singer may make. It's to protect the artiste and to make the audience's listening experience a better one. Nothing disappointing about that.

Zhou Shen is one of the top singers in China now; he can sing in many languages. Russian, Ukrainian, English and Japanese; very gifted talented young artist; he had tough years laughed by many because his female like voice and his height. So glad he is recognized now.

Hi you mentioned there was autotune in the show but you will find that Zhou Shen doesn't need autotune. He is pitch perfect and incredible breath control and singing skills. You can find the same performance recorded by a fan cam, just as awesome! Thanks for your reaction. I really enjoyed it!

Yes he was not using autotune as far as i knew, he's amazing ! His voice intoxicated , he can delivered the songs beautifully with his angelic voice . What a rare talent 👍
From his fans, and I agree.. his voice quality is great and when you listen to enough fancams, you may (or may not) agree with us. His voice: LIVE > Fancams > Broadcast. So basically, most of the time they really did do something to his voice for the broadcast...which made it sharper..his voice is actually fuller. Try the fancams...sounds so MUCH better sometimes. And those that actually saw him LIVE, says its better than the fancams.

Love Zhou Shen, and by the way he doesn’t need autotune. As a matter of fact, his live sounds better than the recorded version.
ZHOU SHEN est vraiment FABULEUX de l'OR pour nos cœurs, nos oreilles et notre vue, il est merveilleux.
He is not the usual countertenor as his voice sounds genuine like a female soprano. His natural speaking voice is very high too. He mentioned in an interview that puberty came an went barely affecting his voice at all. By the way - Super vocal is an extraordinary contest for trained opera and musical singers they had every week choose a song, partners for a duet of trio, arrange the songs and figure out the harmonies to match their voices. The quality of the show was outstanding - Zhou Shen was not even one of the 6 winners. There was not one average singer in the show - I could highly recommend Ayunga, Wang Xi, Zhen Yulong...

Zhou Shen does not need auto tune. I’ve heard his fan cam version (his fan recorded in his live concert), his singing is perfectly. Not everyone in Chinese show needs an auto tune, Zhou Shen is one of them.

Yes in this show they do auto tune. However, specifically, for this performance, there is a fancam version on CZcams, which is 100% real. You could search for that one if you had the leisure.

Thank you for reacting to Zhou Shen's performance. If you know how good his vocal skills and his breath control is, you will not said about the autotune on him. He really didn't need anything, he can sing Acappella as good as it can get. To tell you a bit of his background story. When puberty came, Zhou Shen's voice didn't catch up and he got bullied a big time. People called him names and so on..... So if you can, please just focus on his talents instead of pointing out his voice is a female vocal when you react to his performances. He should not get bully again now. Don't you think? For many years, he was scared to sing but just because he like singing and at that time, the only thing he can do was to chose a website he can still sing but in the same time, he can chose not to show his face. He work so hard to get where he is now. He is a polite, humble and a funny guy. He was studied in Ukraine when he was young in dentistry but because of the language barriers, it was so hard for him, so he change to studied Classical music there instead. What he did now is to combine Classical and pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. He can sing at least 9 difference languages and many different genre of music. I believe if you have time to watch more of his other performances, you will also respect him as a good singer too. A lot of people around the world nowadays are reacting to his performances and he got many many more of people like his music. I hope you will be one of them. Have a nice day.

Zhou Shen first came to general public audiences on China's version of "The Voice". Although he wasn't too successful for that, this first step into the music industry let him work on OSTs, with the song "Big Fish" letting him become a household name (although people were still unfamiliar with his face then, more and more were starting to become fans of his voice).
His stint on various TV shows such as Super Vocal, etc. here let others become more familiar with him bit by bit, but last year's mega hit show really shot him into super popularity, compounded with his appearance on 2020's < Singer 我是歌手>

Dimash 5 basar üstede 10 kat bina çıkar keşke Dimash' den de duysak bu şarkıyı (Parayı betona gömen Türk yorumu :D )

Yayın esnasında tam bilgilendiremedim hocam. Zhou Shen ilk önce The Voice Chine' da tanındı. Sonrasında yayımlanan Big Fish adlı parçayla sosyal medyada çok popüler oldu. Süper Vocal adlı, daha çok opera ağırlıklı parçaların çalındığı bir programda ince ve naif sesiyle dikkatleri üzerine çekti. Süper Vocal adlı programı da incelemenizi tavsiye ederim. Ses yeteneklerinin fazlasıyla zorlandığı bir program. Ses dünyasının Müzikal tarafına da değiniyor. Gerçekten enteresan sesler var. Sonrasında 2017 de Dimash'ın da katıldığı I Singer programına 2020'de katıldı. Program pandemi dolayısıyla sekteye uğrasa da online devam etti ama Zhou Shen kazanamadı malesef:( Hua Chenyu kazandı. Onun da ses analizini yapmıştınız.

This was a competition in year 2019 "Super Vocal" show.. He was one of the contestants. I don't think the judger allow contestant to use auto-tune.
If u really watch this show, u will be surprised with others contestants too, they are all best vocal and very talented.
