- Organizations are using #AI for #digitaltransformation. Don't worry if you don't have much experience in AI itself. There are a ton of other roles where you can contribute, be valuable, and build on your foundational skills of what you already know.
In this video, I share some options. Of course, if you are or want to become a data scientist, that's great as well. Here are a couple of videos for you to become a data scientist:
• Don't Just be a Data S...
• Don't be Just a Data S...

Here's what I can do to help you. I speak on the topics of architecture and AI, help you integrate AI into your organization, educate your team on what AI can or cannot do, and make things simple enough that you can take action from your new knowledge.
I work with your organization to understand the nuances and challenges that you face, and together we can understand, frame, analyze, and address challenges in a systematic way so you see improvement in your overall business, is aligned with your strategy, and most importantly, you and your organization can incrementally change to transform and thrive in the future.
If any of this sounds like something you might need, please reach out to me at dr.raj.ramesh@topsigma.com, and I'll get back in touch.

Great Lecture, Thank you!
For additional team for IT department probably considering for helpdesk/support, design/UI, QA, security, GBU
This is very informative for Tech person to use their experiences and find a place in this changing system. Thank you Dr. Raj for this elaborative and wonderful presentation.

Thank you for your effort
Glad you think so!
Very well said, Dr. Raj Ramesh! Cleared many doubts that i had. Kudos for your dedication in creating such awesome videos!
Thanks a ton
TxRaj for this lecture, spot on. Another role I see is analytics translator, as defined by Mckinsey. Over time that role will be incorporated in every business function but for now it can be a specialised role, bridging the gap between tech and busines.
Agree and that's a critical role. I think now many other folks play that role since its not explicitly filled.
Thank you for your motivations in this video
It's my pleasure
Very nice videos as always!
Thanks again!
@@RajRamesh I wonder, what tools do you use for these videos? I would like to do something similar in spanish! Ty!
I work as a Business architect. I feel project sponsors are at high level either they need to be engaged or they should have Product owners so that these implementations are more successful. As I feel lack of decision making and ownership would be the second biggest blocker in projects.
This overview for digital transformation is very well described.
Thanks
Thanks
Hi Raj!! As usual very Clear, Concise and Visual! Great!! Just one profile missing as I understand. What about the Process Engineer. The one who knows what and where is the value and what and where is the waste to eliminate. What we could named a DIGITAL LEAN EXPERT... TRANSFORMATION MUST BE LEAN NOT ONLY DIGITAL, don´t you think?
Totally agree Alberto. Yes, we need to optimize before we digitalize. Otherwise, as you imply, we are just making an inefficient process faster!
Thanks for the awesome video. Where will a Product Manager be - blue ocean?
yes, we need lots of product managers who understand AI
@@RajRamesh Hi Raj and @Nidhi Luthra Here is a link to an organization that provides a certified training for AI Product Managers: aiacceleratorinstitute.com/ai-product-manager-accelerator-program/?
@Raj Ramesh I wonder what's your intuition in regards to this organization, reputations and credentials in AI space, if any? Please advise when you get a moment. Best Alex.
Very precise and informative. Thank you for all your videos. Where do you see QA (automation or manual QA engineer) in AI roles?
I think QA will become more important - not simply regression testing to fixed standards, but rather expand into 'smart' testing. This is because the behavior of AI systems is not deterministic, and we need to ensure that enough of the "operating space" is covered to ensure stability. Also since we can't really visualize the high dimensional operating space, some spots may be exploited to produce erratic behavior. Hence QA will play a strong role in this space.
@@RajRamesh Thank you sir. In which area of AL/ML do you suggest QA to focus learning?
Please how do you make this videos. I love how you explain your videos with drawings etc. Makes its very descriptive and highly explanatory. What software do you use pls?

@@RajRamesh Thanks
Great lecture that can clearly help us to avoid the AI paradox pitfall. Thank you. What would be the suitable title for the role responsible for Change management. They play crucial role pre and post AI solution deployment.
Agree. Change agents? (since they can be at any level in the organization)
@@RajRamesh Sounds appropiate.
