Apocalyptica has also done some other songs with Sabaton, Angel's Calling is one of my favorites

Yea, Apocalyptica is just 3 Cellists and a drummer (4th Cello for Metallica covers optional). They have purely instrumental stuff and when they need vocals they just seems to find someone to do that :)

I am a simple person, any thing shows up connected to Sabaton and Apocalyptica, I will be there.
Even more so If it turnes up on your channel. Love Joakims voice in this.

Apocalyptica’s rendition of one and master of puppets are my favourites. I do love their own songs too though and they’re a great band to see live.

Many people are always surprised to hear that Metal and Classical music share many similarities, more so than other genres.

Love all the collaborative work that Apocalyptica has done with Sabaton, including their cover of Fields of Verdun, joining Sabaton in Angels Calling, playing several songs live on the Great Tour in fact.
The next logical step would be Joakim stepping in for a song 😁.
    Love this one as well.
And I agree that you could easily play several classical compositions as metal.
    Nice reaction as always OSN.

All Apocalyptica is amazing. Found them way back when they started with Metallica covers. Path Vol II featuring Sandra Nasic is probably my favorite of theirs. I saw them with Sabaton once as well, so good! You should deficiently check out more!

Some other interesting singers they have songs with: Adam Gantier of Three days Grace, Lacy Sturm of Fly Leaf, and Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil.

Their instrumental tracks are very good too (better? For me yes but depending your tastes). Their last album Cell-0 and the song Cell-0 is a real progressive metal/classic track. What I love about instrumental ones is the feelings. You feel things whitout lyrics telling you what you have to think.

I can't listen to "farewell" (one of my favorites) without seeing in my mind's eye essentially myself in the roll of various characters (from books, movies, TV) having to walk away from loved ones or possible happiness all because of the burdens they must bare.

So happy to see Apocalyptica on the channel! This song is a good start, but personally I think that their music comes alive in their instrumental songs. In those you really feel that classical music is the heaviest things on this universe. I know there are few of their other songs in the lists and I cannot wait for you to get to them! Maybe even one of them will be heard this week ;)
