the caps made the playoffs because they had more regulation wins than the red wings, and the Wings literally won more games than the caps. it should’ve been us getting swept in the first round :(

Rebuild suggestion; take a team like my Habs with decent enough players now and a good prospect pool. You can only use players you draft and players that are already in that teams system. No signing FA's and no trading for any players at all.

The former Coyotes owner is Alex Merullo or something like that and it's not like his terrible ownership should be a surprise the NBA refused to let him buy the Atlanta Hawks a decade ago because of concerns over his finances (which were proven correct with everything with the Coyotes)
And as much as Merullo DOESN'T deserve another team as long as Bettman runs the league he prefers the devil you know so even though all signs point against it Alex will get the Coyotes back and Atlanta will get a third NHL team to ruin
