I will try to do better than Wayne Rooney in this Birmingham City Rebuild which will be in Football Manager 24 and make no transfers in.
Can I take Birmingham City back promoted to the Premier League, currently under Rooney they are just above the relegation places so even a predicted mid table finish could do it.
But I am more positive than that. lets get Birmingham City back promoted to the Premier League, this could be a one season rebuild, we could try to win the Champions League I will leave it to the likes, comments and subscriber count.
