With the casual and also the emotional talks, the romantic moments, the song, and the proposal, it was such a heartful moment you created as Adam to the listener. You have such clarity, gentility and heart in your voice that brings so much genuine emotion to the character and the moment. It's such a beautiful moment showing how Adam truly trusts to the listener to open up his heart and learning more about what makes Adam the way he is. As a musician myself, my heart is very impressed with your song cover of "My Heart Will Go On". The guitar accompaniment was simple done perfectly. The way your voice in the melody flows with the guitar is so smooth and effortless. The accompaniment swells and instrumental build up were beautiful carrying it forward. The harmonies fit the melody so beautifully. Question: did you sing the harmonies or did your dad do those? Regardless, they sound amazing! I'm surprised that you haven't done a song cover before and I'm proud of you for making this one happen. This cover made me You totally should do another song cover soon. This was so sweet! My grandfather was a WW2 vet as well, he’s gone now; he passed away from cancer years ago. He was one of two survivors in a plane crash in the Air Force, and he was blind in his left eye, but he received a Purple Heart and The Presidential Medal Of Honor. We were so close, and I miss him every day. And I love the little tribute to Titanic that you did for the proposal at the end. I was seven when that movie came out, so I didn’t see it until years later. It made me think of Celine Dion, Kate Winslet who played Rose, and Leonardo DiCaprio who played Jack in the movie! I know they, and James Cameron would be so honored to know that you did the movie’s love song justice. And I’m PRAYING that Celine Dion heals quickly and comes back to sing again soon! Great Job! And as Rose says to Jack in the movie, “I’ll never let go Jack, I’ll never let go!” I say to you as the girlfriend in the story, “I’ll never let go, Adam, I’ll never let go!” Great Job Nyx, now you made me want to go back and watch Leo and Kate in Titanic again! Well, it really is scary to hear about past wars from our grandparents, I remember my grandfather telling me when India and Pakistan got separated how women were raped, beaten to death and suffered torture, obviously men also suffered.
I am from India so my grandfather told me how Pakistani muslims murder thousands of Hindus and raped their daughters and wifes, but I am pretty sure that's what might have happened to muslims in india too at that time.
But that is so scary, I once saw a picture from that time where there were people on the train which went to Pakistan, they were everywhere on the top of the train, hanging out from the sides that alone scared me.
When people came back from Pakistan they didn't have anywhere to sleep the night off they were left in cold outside on the streets.
Anyways, this proposal was beautiful ❤ loved it so much.
