@@sanguinetales I had a chance to catch up on the last bits of the open world for the last time, I took care of collecting cores and only stayed in the last 4 camps
Had the same issue and turns out I missed two camps in Eidos 9. You need to find the boss area (yes there is a boss in Eidos 9) that can easily be missed.

@polibonzzgaming2001 the cores thing isn't true. You get to recollect every core but in NG+ it takes 4 not 3
