What’s concerning is that Serbia during these wars seemed like a parent saying to her kids don’t go away, I love you; and at the end killed her own kids. Furthermore, some of the kids were treated like her own such as consenting to Montenegro to be independent without violence and others such as Kosovo to be of a second category and kill them. @@Ana_jugo I was just making an analysis. I am not representing anyone. Regarding the innocence aspect, unfortunately who starts wars must take into account that there are going to be consequences. New generations tend to justify violence saying there was violence by each side, but this is not a valid excuse. If your parents have debts, and if you want to inhered their house, you must pay their debt first. You cannot keep saying: but it was not me and my parents made poor choices.

It is well known that Slavic populations came in the Illyrian Peninsula (now called Balkans) after the 6th - 13th Century after Christ, in an ongoing movement. Even today Serbians claim to be brothers with Russians as Slavic people. This confirms what science has proven. Slavs came here from other areas of the east. This does not mean that Serbs do not have the right and legitimacy to be proud of who they are and enjoy the territory where they live. But you should be honest with yourself and sincere to acknowledge that other populations such as the Albanians and Dardans which are Illyrian tribes (Albans & Dardans) where living there before Slavic populations. During the wars against the Ottoman Empire Albans and Dardans where fighting together with the Serbs and Hungarians to protect their territories and Christianity. Remember that Illyrians became Christians before the Romans and before the Slavs. In fact Slavs were converted in Christians from paganism by the Illyrians as they felt welcomed and integrated in the Illyrian peninsula. Just because the Dardans of today are of majority Muslim does not mean that they are not the oldest population in today’s Kosova. Religion does not determine your blood line. For example your bother or my brother can decide today to love yoga and convert to Buddhism, this does not make them to be Indians. And this does not mean we should kick them out of the house.

Apart from regular people, geopolitical issues are very clear. Vučić is trying to find the best possible way to present the idea of Serbia recognising Kosovo as an independent state to the Serbian people. Because EU was very clear: if you want to enter European union and get the financial benefits,sooner or later you need to recognise Kosovo. Now, Vučić of course wants the EU and their money,he dont give two shits about what majority of Serbs are thinking about this issue but that is a double blade because he would most likely lose support from the whole nation.
Also there is Russian effect to this whole issue (Serbia-Kosovo-EU) but that is a whole different story.

I think the first guy says some great points, He's completely right IMO, Vucic's gouvrement is on the verge of collapse, the EU has him in shackles to sign the French-German proposal, this will be a big political loss for him, and well for Serbia in general, his reign over Serbia seems to be coming to an end, so no way will he start a war. As for joining NATO I personnaly think it's a horrible idea since Kosovo needs to stablize it's relations with both Serbia and Serbs who live there, joining NATO would be a big blow to that. There is no real threat from anyone to Kosovo since the Western armies are already present there, and the only ones who are actually under threat currently are Serbians living in the North. South Kosovo is completely safe as far as I know. Both sides need to start mending their broken relationship as an only way to stabilize te region, what was done was done, most of us today, and the guys you interviewed weren't even alive when the war happened or were just little kids and had nothing to do with the war. And to add something you will hate, the reason why Kosovo's idependece was a stupid idea: you have a lot of separatist "states", around Europe and even the world, the Kosovo argument will be forever used to justify themselves if they do any warcrimes/separatist movements, Russia is exactly using this argument as it attacks Ukraine, it's just another toxic retarded move by the American's. They made a disfuctional country that will never get full regontition from half of the world, made Albanians and Serbs deathly enemies while making a country where they both live. When you think about it what is the actual benefit of Kosovo being an independent country rather than just being an autonomous province within a bigger country, with let's say all the laws, police force, judges and gouvrement position being independent, but you would have free trade and free movement with a much bigger and stronger economy. I literarly can't think about 1 benefit other than just "we're free from genocide people" which 99% of each side isn't, and you aren't even free completely.

Albania wants to join EU that's why they are just gambling over the unification because it must be peacefully without interrupting the EU Negotiations. Their are just 20 precent of Serbians, if Serbs try to claim independence in the nort the Kosovo government will not allow a split of a already split region that historyical belongs to Serbs and Serbia but the Ottoman deported gypsies Albanias in that region .
