    say what you will about rozier, but he does two things really really well:
    1. he was actually really consistent at buzzer beaters at the end of quarters and
    2. the way he attacks rebounds, just soaring over the rim to grab them, is phenomenal
    and honestly, after these playoffs, I like him better than kyrie no cap. that being said to me it would be ideal if we got IT back. I love that man

    Hornets fans: He is no Kemba but he is no slouch either. He had a triple double in his first NBA career start (Kyrie was injured) and he is such a good rebounder for a pg, had some good end of quarter buzzer beaters and game winning steals for the celtics. He plays better with more minutes so he will probably do better in Charlotte since he will be the starting PG

      Terry is very solid. As a Celtics fan I hate to see him go but I also think that he deserves to be a starting point guard. He always stepped up in games that he started for the Celtics. Excited to see how he’s going to develop on the Hornets.

  • @bpdmf2798
    @bpdmf2798 Před 5 lety +19

    Charlotte fans checking him out, you'll love him. He got a fun game to watch, probably the best offensive rebounding guard in the league, even at his size he has great timing, fights, and very long arms to pull them in. Fearless competitor. Shot got better every year. Speed. Lateral quickness. Stamina in the top percentage of the league. Excellent defender for his size with quick hands and feet, fights over screens hard, doesn't lose his man, makes amazing steals. If he were 3 or 4 inches taller he would be one of the best in the league but you know how teams value things like size and height over skill a lot of the time.

    • @beastmode218
      @beastmode218 Před 5 lety +4

      .... He was second on the team in touches only behind Kyrie Irving... He had more chances with the ball than Jaylen Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Horford, etc. Problem is he can't lead the second unit for shit or relocate off ball as good as Kyrie or Brown. Dude was -39 in plus minus for this season while Hayward was a +213 despite getting less touches than Rozier. I wasn't going to spread hate on this video as I've gotten over Rozier's terrible season in which he can leave but have to set the record straight for Media narrative gullible people like yourself. Especially the kind that would do anything for someone who "Claims" their the victim of something. We call that 'WhiteKnighting' so stop with this BS. Rozier had his chance and blew it cause he was focused on someone else's paycheck instead of working for his own improvement.

  • @CheezBeast
    @CheezBeast Před 5 lety +1

    If what he said about Kyrie is true then it’s no wonder why everyone was always out of sync with each other. Straying away from the game plan creates inconsistency game after game. Stevens in game adjustments might be amazing just because the game plan was never followed and when Stevens made adjustments to Kyrie is when we always seem to go on run but never pull out a win after getting down double digits. I’d really love to see Smart at PG, Brown at SG and Hayward/Tatum at PF/SF with Horford at C next season. With possibly Morris (if he stays) off the bench, Time Lord and who ever we pick up. Hopefully Beverly 🙏🏽

    Say what u want to say, Scary Terry will be great if given the right opportunity. He's effective scorer, plays great defense, and a willing passer. Everyone isn't a role player. So to judge what he looks like based off of 15min a game is foolish. His playoff performance from 2018 is a good indication of what you'll get from him as a starter.

    • @amitpalbains9361
      @amitpalbains9361 Před 5 lety

      Honestly, he reminds me a lot of Reggie Jackson. Very similar players with the same mindset. Reggie Jackson could have been an amazing player with OKC if he accepted the sixth man role. Instead he wanted to be a starter and forced his way out. He never lived up to the potential and now almost no team wants him with his contract.
