I will swear up and down on the dna but I had problems with the throat blowing up. If they fixed that and the overall weight I imagine this head is gonna trample the market.
Literally just bought a havok after the throat and sidewall broke on my 3rd dna and I got tired of weighing a metric fuckton

you guys do good work and started from bottom and grown big. Love the toughness of dna and the innovation your doing. Why not be truely innovative and make stuff ur making yet still be at normal market price 99$. Now that would be fantastic deal. Mean 154$ for a shaft n 119$ for head is outrageous. Even your mesh was 10-15$ at one point. Now selling for 34$ for mesh maby even some strings involved. Love your products really do but kind felt you started out as guys wanted good stuff for good cost. Yet yous seem be getting more and more expensive. Dna 2.0 for 100$ would be best head on market period. Don’t sell out
This head will be $99.99! The ION is more expensive because that specific plastic is far more expensive

I hope this one the throat won’t break it happened to a few guys I know that use the DNA. It’s a tough head but the throat breaks so easy, you should test the throat on the DNA 2
That thor test is nice, but what about poke checks... i have seena few of the original DNA's break on the scoop from poke checks...
We do a ton of that too, it is just a lot less exciting hahaha
i retired from lacrosse like 2 years ago and haven’t even picked up a stick since then but i might just have to buy a DNA 2.0 for old times sake

I have broken 2 of these in 2 months and am having to go back to the dna 1
Can you make a mirage 2 with the same plastic as the DNA 2? I know there are probably some players who would want this.

16yr old had graphene mirage 2.0 and 10yr old DNA. I would definitely buy DNA mirage for sure.
My DNA 1.0 sheared off at the bottom of the throat. I’ve never seen a head break like that. It was wild. Was going to replace it, but now I just think I’ll wait for the 2.0

Facts. Defenseman need to get some love. Something like a Rebel D with flexform plastic and an updated scoop would be really nice.
How’s it handle the cold? Had two break at the throat in cold weather games
Cold can be tough on all heads. We have improved the throat here though.
Would you recommend the dna 2.0 or ion for offense middy?
It depends on your style. If you end up playing a little defense I'd go with this
is this head for faceoffs? i know it sounds like a dumb question but you talk about the flexform plastic so i’m not sure
It is not. It is the same plastic we use for the Weapon X faceoff head, but the geometry of this head makes it way too stiff for faceoffs
Can't wait, since the DNA came out it is the only head I will use. Got my entire family on it as well.

We generally recommend starting with a mid pocket and adjusting from there!

Just played with my dna 2 for the first time today and it broke
I think it would be really interesting to see how these heads fair in different temperatures. Colder environments could make these heads more likely to snap, and warmer weather could cause them to become more malleable. I think this is an important consideration for durability, as not everyone buying these heads will be in the same climate.
Great idea! We actually have a test where we freeze the heads first maybe we can cover that!
@@ECD I live in Oregon, so not as cold as the East Coast, but in preseason its not uncommon to have practices in 10-20 degree range. I remember last year our goalie actually had 3 goalie sticks shatter in row during a particularly cold practice. I think a test like this could also be beneficial for a goalie head too.
What position is it for
You can use any head for any position. The dna was used for offense by some and defense by others
With its stiffness I’d say D
Lsm is a perfect fit
Great for attack, mid, LSM, SSDM, and close. Not for faceoffs or goalies hahaha
If they fix the flexibility it’ll be perfect I even love the dna 1 and i use it still

If you don’t like the stiffness the weapon x is less stiff but amazing face shape retention
This head is designed to be very stiff and resist warping as well.
What is the dna honestly? I want a new stick but like is it offense is it defense? Is it shooter or ground all type of thing? Is it middie or attack?
Its got a face shape that you can use on attack or middie, however it is on the heavier side, but its durability makes it rly popular w d poles who dotn care abt the weight
its basically for d middies and lsms and occasionally but not often attack
Well I wouldn't recommend the og dna for attack because of the weight. But this weighs 5.5 oz which is way lighter than the og dna. That's comparable to a Warrior Evo 5 or an Under Armour Command 2 which are offensive heads. I would call this an all around head but could definitely be used for attack

A rip off of our own head? hahah This is 8% lighter, a little tighter, and uses more optimized geometry. The OG is great, but that doesn't mean we couldn't make it better!
