I've been practicing with a normal bottle this whole time... about a month and a half.
I can do about 3 moves so far.
Bottle flip into hand stall
Double bottle flip into hand stall
And
*Tom*ahawk throw into hand stall.
(I don't land the double and tomahawk move every time... but I have landed it a couple of times. I got the tomahawk one right today.)
I'm so happy :D
My hands are hurting...but I'm improving. :)
