Blessings from Mexico. I'm glad habaneros can grow like that in Africa. I love them so much, the most aromatic and colorful chile.
This is a great idea, and I am immensely proud of him and his team. Does he have an idea of partnering with anyone or a group? Getting to the top will take a lot of people rather than individuals. Westerners always go in groups, but most Africans will go solo. I advise Lennie to partner with great minds who can support him financially so Lennie Farm can expand, thereby everyone makes money, or he can help others set up their own farms at a cost. I know of a couple who want to get into habanero farming, so I can link him up so they can work together. Again, you need a group or partner to get to the top faster...I am proud of me my brother.
solo or partnership, he is doing very well

Why are you using the plastic??
It's called plastic mulch. It's used to keep moisture in the soil and also helps to protect the plant
Why don’t you share the contact of the guests so your viewers can contact them
The reality may not be so per the calculation you are making base on the money you will get good inspiration
Hello Charles I am in the process of joining the Pepper Club but I will like to know about staffing how does one find reliable farm managers & farm hands are there any companies who can help recruit for you
Unfortunately one of the challenges of agricaulture in Ghana is getting trusted, reliable and experienced farm hands and managers for ones farm. I haven't come across any company in Ghana that does that yet.
