All these have been highly requested. Decided to put them in one mega tutorial, because this made it easier to talk about the technique differences. See the timestamps for each part of the video in the description and in the timeline of the video.

I'm Japanese, so English isn't my first language, but I always listen to your courses because they're so polite and easy to understand! The gainer switch is a technique I'm working on right now and it's very helpful! My landing is still low and I can't swing through. Do I just need to focus on jumping higher? Or do I just need to be aware of how to speed up the rotation?

People seem to think there is a "secret sauce" or tip that will unlock a trick for them, but really, I think you nailed it when you said it just takes a ton of work, way more than you would imagine. I was editing a video a while back about how I learned the gainer flash, and when I edited all of the clips down, (each clip was a second or less in length) the video was 10 minutes of ONLY gainer flash attempts I performed over the course of 5 - 7 months. I estimate that I only recorded about 1/5 of my attempts, and I still haven't mastered it. It is getting better though, slowly. Great video btw!

@@maxzhao8331 Ah I just checked it out. Your problem isn't the blocking. It's just that your technique is still very unrefined. Watch my video again and compare how I do my bhs compared to yours (body position, arm placement and other details such as timing). You might not be able to make the changes immediately because you don't have the requires power yet. But little by little 👍🏻
Oh and one more thing, your roundoff goes a little over the side, which is something I talked about being a bad thing in my tutorial. Fix that first because a good roundoff will unlock more power imediately.

I love tour tutorials but o have a question, Did You learn cork with this method ? I'd been doing this kind of cork for a while but whe i try to invert it i fall on the ground so i don't know really What i am doing wrong 😭

I learned it in 2011. I started out with the tucked version and it took me years to make it clean. If I would have trained it with more intention it would have been a way faster process.
If you fall, try to make the changes slower. Change it little by little, one thing at a time.

hate my blocking form cause it should look like this
    ➡️left ➡️right ⬆️left (blocking)
but mine was like ➡️left ➡️right ↖️left (blocking)
and its hard for me to change it into the right form

It's just a minor problem. You can change it if you really want 😅
