Finally, here's the update on Jelli World! I left them over summer to see what would happen, and surprisingly most of the tanks didn't change at all. However one of the tanks turned very moldy, which means this could happen to all of them at some point. So if you have these as room decor, then be sure to keep an very close eye on it. Then I also tried testing out methods for making DIY jelly. This was a lot harder than expected because a lot of materials that look very similar, ended up behaving very differently. These were the three main criteria:
TRANSPARENCY - Material must be crystal clear
BUOYANCY & RESISTANCE - Must be able to hold small toys in place, and allow them to be moved around easily
AIR BUBBLES - Air bubbles should be suspended in place
LONGEVITY - All these factors much hold up for several days, ideally weeks. Toys can't sink to the bottom after a few hours
