I’m between this, and the smaller version of it. Basically the 270 that doesn’t cover the driver/passenger side door. Rationale being I do this solo, so in the event of high winds the smaller one with less surface area should be easier to manage. The $200 difference in price for something I won’t realistically use that much is a factor as well. Does anyone have experience with each that could guide me a bit? Vehicle is an F150 with a smart topper and datin fab cage
I’ve used a smaller 180 before and it was too small to sit me and my family. Whichever one you get I’d recommend getting some coverage for the tailgate. It’s so useful in the rain. Either of your options will have this feature.
Broo, it was painful watching you close it up it's soooo easy to put away and open... I got tuff stuff overland 270 XL same thing and I think ima make a video so you and everyone else can see it will make your experience so much better brotha.

Awesome! I’ve since learned to roll it super tight from the bottom. That makes it easier to zip up.
I have this same awning and I let all the fabric lay naturally as I close the arms in and then roll up nice and tight and the bag zips real easy..

Yeah man! I’ve had some other comments posted on this video that have been helpful. It doesn’t take me as long now. I’m still open to new tips though!

Dude. I figured it out today. I just rolled it all up together super tight and it worked! It was waaay faster than any other method I’ve tried.
