It's Disneyland Paris, the "magic" is not always there. Some things are broken unfortunately and stay that way. If you plan on going to visit try to time it with a up coming event like their 25th anniversary, something big, they announce it months before. During that time VIPs will be in the park so everything will be working, painted, clean and perfect employees. As one would expect from Disney. I try to plan my visits like that and you can see the difference. Once it's over and the VIPs leave so does the magic :(
