- Ze zijn er weer, de Hollandse Nieuwe haringen! Een jaarlijkse traditie in Nederland die elk jaar voor drukte bij de viswinkels zorgt. Twente FM ging langs bij Smit's Vis Speciaalzaak in Losser om in gesprek te gaan met Tonny Smit, die hier veel over weet!
Deze man heeft al jaren de beste vis van Twente! Echt een vakman met altijd uitstekende kwaliteit vis.
Ik hoop het! Maar er is voor mij 1 principe: Vers van het mes dus niet 40-50 haringn opeen plaat. Dan Schroeit mijn hart.
