  • It's 50 years since Enoch Powell's infamous 'Rivers of Blood' speech, warning that Britain was under threat from mass immigration.
Sky's Political Correspondent, Lewis Goodall, has spent time in Powell's former constituency of Wolverhampton to see what kind of impact the speech still has today.

About a 1/4 or 16 million critically Obese, alcohol as way of live , crap diet , recreational drug use and sedentary life styles are crippling the health services. 90'000 people are admitted to NHS England hospitals every single month , that's 3000 a day or 125 an hour with a primary cause of obesity 😫 not to mention the 1.5 million alcoholics or the 3 million diabetics all soaking up huge resources. The immigrants are but a tiny fraction of the problem.

No. Its because of overpopulation through immigration. The NHS is a finite resource. It can't treat an infinite number of patients. Its also wrong to take doctors and nurses from other countries too. Those other countries need their doctors and nurses. The left are modern day slavers though. They love to take foreign people away from their countries of origin to use as a workforce here in the uk. Its gross and disgusting.

As an East African Asian and Goan, I completely agree with the 'Rivers Of Blood' speech. For, many from my wave of immigrants settled in Leicester, creating ghettos and driving out the indigenous people. Today the third generation have nothing in common with Whites, have never visited an English household and know more about their grandfathers village in India then the one next door.
Now both the Race Card and their concentration of numbers means that immigrants have the 'Whip Hand' over the Englishman. For the Race Card has been deployed by the West Indian community to destroy British policing. Our electoral system, means that a community only has to get a small but significant number of their people to the polling booth, in order to win a seat at Westminster. Most Black and Asian MP's are therefore nakedly partisan, even when there exists a conflict between the norms of our civilisation and their culture.
Today 23 out off 33 London Boroughs have a white minority, in which neighbourhoods are split along the lines of race.
Englands future will evolve to one in which each region of the country and neighbourhood will have its own racial identity. This will be remarkably similar to the system of apartheid in South Africa.
Enoch will go down in history as one of the greatest statesmen ever.

Rather, he rightly saw, that uncontrolled immigration would lead to to tension and he feared, even conflict between communities. Its interesting that this same problem is playing out in South Africa, where uncontrolled migrants have flooded our cities. This has resulted in very serious and violent reactions from the local population.

Why do liberals keep equating immigration discussion with racism. Its about values. There are different values systems around the world. Trying to smash them altogether is hard and dilutes the culture. This country has been a Christian country for thousands of years, now we have a Hindu prime minister. Imagine a British Priminister of India....they would t have it. Yes empire took from india, but today it would not happen. Why do we let it happen in uk

I often wonder why such people do not seem to be represented on live television debates. This surely undemocratic and ignoring the wishes of the British public!
