Definitely remember the Fun School series, including the early ones for BBC Micro, but I don't think I remember any of these activities/games. Seeing "Fred's Words" is bringing back a memory of seeing the word "fad" with no context and asking my parents if it was a real word and what it meant, so that may have been where it came from.
Ok. I found it ironic that in the Castle programme, the person who developed it is an A. Gardiner - which is my name - I am an A. Gardiner
I remember being a child in the early 90s and using a beeb and fun school 2
Awesome. Was it a school computer?
@@SteDubya yeah it was I also remember the look and read series of educational games for the beeb
Ah I remember the series but not the games. I had paper workbooks. I need to find these now.

It may also have been the first time I encountered the word "muppet".
