Quick and easy recipe: Jam roll in 30 minutes 😋 for a diet breakfast!

  • Ingredients:
    🔺300-320 g flour
    🔺1/3 tsp salt
    🔺5 g baking powder
    🔺120 g butter
    🔺100 g sugar
    🔺1 egg
    🔺1/3 tsp vanilla extract
    🔺100 g kefir
    🔺2 tbsp cornstarch
    🔺4 tbsp jam or preserves
    ▫️Mix sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
    ▫️Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
    ▫️Combine egg, vanilla, kefir, and sugar.
    ▫️Add the egg-sugar mixture to the crumbs and knead into a dough.
    ▫️Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
    ▫️Roll out thinly to a rectangular sheet, sprinkle with cornstarch, spread jam, and roll up using a mat.
    ▫️Prick with a fork.
    🔴Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
    ▫️Cut into portions while hot.
