- We're getting educational up in here.... here's an in depth breakdown on how I produced "I WANNA FEEL"! This is a long video since there are a LOT of elements to this song- so if u made it all the way through, I am impressed. I barely had the attention span while editing this.

Minimalism at its best. A suggestion would be to keep pitch correction on the top of the vocal chain for a better note correction/response.

This is such a sick production, I loved watching this! I also learnt quite a bit from this, being a hobby producer who only now started taking production seriously. I actually started getting several remix ideas while watching, so I quickly put something in Ableton Live. I really would love to remix your song, so if you're interested, it would be awesome if I could have the stems for that, especially the vocals^-^

Love the breakdown. How did you get your vocal takes so clean? Do you have a treated room where you record?
my room is not treated at all ! I rly just hold the mic up to my face with a pop filter, the mic itself is pretty low noise and the neve preamp makes a big difference because it allows me to have my mic input really low which helps too !!

Most of this all works together. Like HOLY did you mix those vocals well. It's a great song but I do have to give you constructive criticism. The biggest insult to an artist is to say that their work is perfect.. Drum's (especially the snare) is underwhelming. It does not fit the mix. It could fit better if there was some sort of variation and a tune up in EQ (I think it was just a bad sample) but it punched through the entire mix and just sorta distracted me. Kick was cool but I would've liked it more if it had more variation or just something a little more snappy? Idk how to describe it. Great song in any case. Best to you. Potential's there.
