Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/4 tsp
Tej Patta - तेजपात - 1
Cinnamon - दालचीनी - 2 inch stick
Clove - लौंग - 3
Black pepper - काली मिर्च - 7
Black Cardamom - बडी इलायची - 1
Tomato - टमाटर - 3 (300 grams)
Ginger - अदरक - 1 Inch Baton
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2 nos
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder -धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - काश्मीरी लाल मिर्च- 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Malai or Cream - मलाई - 1/4 cup
Paneer - पनीर - 200 grams
Spinach Chopped - पालक - 250 grams
