It was such a lovely way to wake up at the weekend, to all the snow. I was so lucky to keep my power but lots of our family members didn’t. So I did appreciate the heat and the working cooker this weekend.
Just settled down with the wood burner crackling knitting my son a jumper for Xmas. It was the perfect accompaniment to your video. I only took knitting up last year and have only made scarves so a jumper is a new challenge that I hope is finished in time for Xmas. Can’t waiting to finish it in the evenings settling down to your vids ❄️ 🧶
When I lived in Europe I was absolutely fascinated to see that first snow. I completely understand how you feel! I think snow is one of the things I miss now that I live in Texas. It snowed here for a bit last year and the entire state just stopped. We aren’t prepared for that kind of weather here. I can’t wait to move back to Europe and to be able to enjoy proper winter.

What a lovely start to December! I love the snow too. We didn’t get any here in Kansas, but I could see my breath this morning, which made me very happy. Your videos are so inspiring. This one has inspired me to go to more events this season. This weekend is our town’s lighted Christmas parade, and we’ll be attending for the first time in a few years. Looking forward to the next vlogmas video!

Such a nice relaxing video. It warms my heart you get so excited about snow. Here in america,north east coast to be exact, we get dumped in the winter sometimes 2 feet at a time. Not so fun, lol
But daily life goes on, they clean the streets, everyone shovels out, and the day begins. So many storms bring so much snow that its over the tops of cars. Were used to it tho here, everyone owns a snow blower, lol

Yay the first vlogmas! We had a terrible weekend. The storm hit all our power off, my allotment and most of the garden was demolished and part of the kitchen roof came off in the near 100mph winds. We were so scared. Woke up to snow and although it hampered the clearing up, it looked so magical, always brings out the child in you. Lovely cosy video Kay, looking forward to more without so long to wait in between x

I literally watched last Sunday's video this afternoon, where you announced Vlogmas without actually clocking that today is 1st Dec!!! Fabulous, loved the vid, so festive despite the set-back the storm brought. We has some snow here (Reading) but it didn't last long on the ground.
