- The biggest problem with our 2023 Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 is how quiet it is!
So today, we are changing that.
We've mentioned it to you guys before, and here it is! The Akrapovic Full Titanium Undertail Racing system is going on the SP2.
The SP2 had to get (nearly) fully torn down, but it was well worth it. This thing sounds absolutely killer. And the lines of the exhaust suit the SP2 so nicely. Dare we say it's a match made in heaven!
Also, an exhaust is never done without improved airflow and a tune, and we installed Sprint filter, and went with BrenTuning to get our SP2 to take full advantage of the upgrades.

People spend 200k on a car then 12k for an exhaust for not much more satisfaction its all about what makes you happy

@@Motomillion I agree, aesthetically, it is one of the best looking exhausts on the market. I'm more fan of the SC Project short pipe shapes, but this Akrapovic does look awesome. From sports bike creates racing bike.

I just installed the under tail on my v4 and what a fun project. It goes together so easy I thought. I made a fun series on my channel to, I can’t wait to do it again on my v4r. Cool to see other guys starting to do it too!

Heat issues as in the bike feeling warm? It does feel warm but nothing unbearable. The R1M is at times just as hot.

Definitely bad ass system with the twin exhausts underneath and out of the rear seat. I noticed the dent in the exhaust pipe when it first appeared. I thought it was an acc until you mentioned it was done by the factory to access the nut behind the kick stand. I don’t know why they didn’t go with a screw instead. Definitely sounds better without the db killers. Deeper tone and louder. I believe this system gives more hp then the short system or am I wrong? SWEET BIKE!😎👍
Yes, tad bit more power and tad bit more torque, but mostly all in the mid range. Peak power is the same.

I took it to a shop but my bike is not running properly
anodised brushed alloy effect swingarm.would match the tank.
Also anodising is better than powder coatings for weight saving 😉😎👌

No, probably not, we already had done the V4X many years a go. It still will be the SP2, just the Motomillion edition. Lots and lots more to come for this bike. Some never seen before parts too.

@motomillion can you get the high mount Akrapovic system for the V2 like what they have on the World Supersport class and Moto America supersport class as well.
We have one in stock, but have not verified fitment on the V2 yet. I think we really should get a V2 for Motomillion.
that is a sick exhaust system,it looks amazing,and that’s a lot of money for a full system ,almost the full price of my whole bike!!my bike is like 10k!!,but to be honest this thing shouldn’t be on a road bike,it’s meant for competition,this is wsbk,bsb system,it’s not worth it to be on a road bike,these things are developed for racing,that’s where it should be,on a superbike!!
This is not a WSBK system, this is the consumer version that looks like their WSBK system (:
Hey Many, can you upload a video o maybe some photo of the ctek plug installed?
The CTEK plug is directly the one that comes in the box of the chargers we have. You just attach it to the negative and positive battery terminals and run the charger plug to the location you desire to have it on the bike.
Hi Mani, I know you previously mentioned that the Arrow titanium slip-on you did on the streetfighter was one of the best-sounding pipes you've fitted. Does this top it and is this louder? I have a SP2 but would prefer low exhaust but really going after which one sounds the best overall. Thanks!
This is not as rowdy sounding, it is a more sophisticated sound.
If it fits the bill, this is the one to have, but the Arrow is a hell of a deal at its price range.

The worth it part is for you to answer. The underbelly Akra is not our favorite setup. If one can afford it, I think this is by far the best and most exclusive exhaust available for the Panigale V4 platform. It does sound amazing too, since the tailpipe's are higher up by the tail, the rider gets to hear much more of the sound.
Whether it’s worth it is entirely subjective. The low-exit is about 1kg lighter - the high-exit I think might give a marginally improved mid-range. I’ve gone for the low-exit for the additional weight loss and far lower price and I prefer the look. The Spark WSBK exhaust gives that Bautista look with the tucked in low exit. There seems to be a mix of high and low exit on the grid, not that it really matters.

@@sp00ky1969 the thing is i do trackdays with my bike and the DB limit is 102. The low akra is to loud, the spark is way to loud. The wheelbarrel akra with the optional db killers would be the only(expensive) option. Or go with the low akra and a guy makes a special exhaust to fit the akra headers but that cost 2000€ so for everything together I can buy the wheelbarrel exhaust en get away with the DB limit

Does this exhaust help make the V4 comfortable to ride in city or it still does heat up like crazy?
The heat issues are less compared to the previous models.
Thanks for this video. I have to admit after purchasing this exhaust, I have been questioning that financial decision (lol). I understand some people getting upset about the pricing, but considering what other high end brand, full systems cost....it's not that much more expensive. Since seeing a version of this exhaust on the Final Edition, I knew that this was what I wanted. Your sound clips are awesome, I feel alot better about my purchase now....I can't wait to get mine installed. Question, in your video, did you say that the Sprint filter comes with the exhaust system? It's not a huge cost, but that is a nice touch if it is included. Thanks again, looking forward to the dyno numbers 👍
You will absolutely love it. The sprint filter does come with it, the belly pan extension pieces don’t though.

I have had about 6-8 full Akra systems before including one on my 2018 V4S, but god damn this version is so fekking dope! Best looking exhaust system out there hands down. Love this end can design with the honeycomb, Lorenzo Yamaha MotoGP bike had it originally (about the same design) and I run same on 2020 SuperDuke, which prior to this one I considered best looking full system. This one beats it. It has this ‘F you all” look to it and I love it !

Those v4 Ducatis are a nightmare to work on, everything is bolted to the engine and the packaging is very tight !! Looks lovely though 🙂
I wouldn’t call it a nightmare. You just really need to have experience with them or it may be a little intimidating.
Are you still able to put rear indicators and a number plate on it?
Yes, with the NRC Fender eliminator kit, we have indicators, brake light, and the plate!
Hey mate just curious how close is the colour difference between the matte black and the plastic exhaust paneling? I’m in Australia and am still waiting for my delivery date. I’m wondering whether I go to the effort to get that panel painted but I haven’t seen one in person. Thanks

I can not and will not ever get enough of the Pani Sp2, it's such a beautiful bike but 8k for an exhaust is insane but you are already spending 42k on this thing anyway

There was this one CZcams channel I saw yesterday where the guy was putting on a full titanium exhaust on his V4.And the shop owner who was working on his bike took a torch to blue the exhaust.It looked to awful, and it was on a 6k exhaust system 😂

What made you go with this one over the Akra that comes out from the bottom?
Just the over all package. It looks better, it sounds better, also makes some more power in the mid range.

You should have put it on 1st gear ⚙️ to allow the other two cylinder to fire up and thus gives you the true sound...beautiful bike and that akra wheelbarrow is a real masterpiece 👌🏽...
There is no more cylinder deactivation with the flash.

The WD40 removed any stains from hands while handling it, and it also helps the titanium get blue quicker!

As soon as I saw the 3D printed metal parts, I understood why the exhaust system cost so much. In the grand scheme, it's worth the price.
I still think there is some Ducati tax on the price, but yes Akrapovic is top notch!

The 4 Uscite sounds very distinct because of the true 4 exit setup it has. This is lower and more basey. I like them both. 4 Uscite is beautiful but I think the Akrapovic wins in the looks department but also the fact that all the carbon that comes is plain weave carbon!

@@Motomillion Thanks for the info. Yes the design of this Akra kit is amazing. I do love my Termi kit with the gloss clear twill carbon fiber because it looks good with the my gloss BST wheels. But that Akra exhaust would look sick on my narrow body gen 1 Panigale V4. 💪🏽

Where are you located? I have never seen anyone work under a temporary building like that. The climate must be very nice there. That is my ideal place to live.
How hard is it to keep that matte black clean? Leaning more toward the V4R because of that. Well more than that I guess.
Very hard! We are switching this to all carbon and will be so happy because we can clean it easier!

Very curious to see if this system will work on a Streetfighter, outside of miscellaneous mounting points/hardware I can’t imagine it wouldn’t 🤔
It will work, you will need to figure out the mounting of the silencers which is not that hard to do, the bracket's will need to be reworked to work with the Streetfighter V4 sub frame.

We have not installed it on a 2021, but we don't see why it would not fit.
