If a Dutch person expects to be able to smoke weed in whatever country they want, they'd be in for a surprise. If they just want to travel and can be respectful enough to comply with the law of the land, they'll be fine.

Onmuu was making great calls during qualifiers. They just got to clean up the small mistakes, that cost them in a couple games.
