Welcome back! In this video I wanted to share with you guys the very beautiful campus here at the University of Manchester. As you will see for yourself, it has a very nice 'Hogwarts' vibe, especially in the Main Campus. It is the biggest University in the UK and has A LOT of history everywhere, which I love. It was lowkey terrifying to film in public but because of covid, no one was really around campus hehe...

Great university. Graduated in mathematics (MMath) from there back in 2006. Messed about for 3 years and only worked hard in my final year to get the 2.1. So to all of you students not in your final year, don’t worry, you can take it easy, go party and don’t always need to be studying.
My degree paid off as I now work in investment banking in the City of London 💵😌

Best decision was to study here - grad alumni 2006! So much amazing crazy memories . Partied so so so hard yet managed to get a 2.1 at the end. Seeing Stopford bldg brought so much memories. my best friends to this day are still from uni. ♥️ i heard student life has changed since ive graduated though. But still, enjoy!!
Oh I miss my former uni so badly! Great video, it brought me back good memories from the past.

Also how are you finding the university?
Hi Catherine, thank you for watching the video and I am very glad you found it helpful! I am studying Aerospace Engineering and I love it here! It is a bit different due to covid and having online lessons but it is generally such a great place to study in. The environment is great and there are a lot of stuff going on every week. Manchester is a really nice and historical city, something I love!

It’s my 3rd choice which means I would have to be devastated on 2 occasions for me to go there Sep 2022 but just looking at it has lifted my mood and I genuinely want to go there, it’s just I unfortunately picked 4 great unis (+1 meh one), I don’t want to reject any of them.

Nice video! I'm a physics PhD student here working in materials science! It's my first year so unfortunately I haven't been able to see any of the campus yet. Hopefully soon!

Not me discovering the North campus after two years ( as you said, you never go to the North or Main Campus if you don't have classes there) and getting excited to see the buildings where I attend my classes 😂 This reminds me why I enjoy this uni so much thanks !! :)
Camille lmaoo North Campus views are so underrated in my opinion. But i must admit im a big fan of main campus' buildings, a lot more fancy looking than in north campus... glad this video reminded you of the good times😌

UoM is too big😂 I didn't even cover all of them because I don't know much myself. There are a few new fancy ones coming along like MECD.

I personally haven't had one myself and haven't looked for one but I am aware many students do have part time jobs. It should not be too hard to look/find one, the uni itself provides a few... hope that helps!

Adan hi hello! Yes it does! Medicine is quite good in Manchester actually! The Stopford building (the one for medicine) is the second biggest building at the university!

Hello! Congrats to your son! He is going to be doing Computer Science in the Kilburn building (5:35) and Mathematics in Alan Turing building (6:30) they are both great building with nice facilities and next to each other! Located in the main campus too so very close to amenities. A great accommodation would be Denmark Road (ensuite and very nice buildings) if your son prefers a catered option would be Hulme Hall.

Hi! I am from Spain so I pay £9,250. If you are talking about living costs, there are plenty of cheaper options for food and stuff, it's also about how you budget your money!
£9,250 is my tuition fee, I believe international students pay around £20k, it really depends on your degree
