Its pretty unique one. I haven't tired this one yet! Hopefully I can try it tomorrow. I've bee suffering from this problem from headOn collision with a car accident. I had a seat belt fasten but oh well I am happy to be Alive 😁

Ur exercise are best. But. My major issue is that when I set dharan in morning by these exercises, It again Displaced its old position in the night. And every morning I have to set it again Plz how to fix it permanently. Plz help me man
