  • We catched and ringed this Pygmy-owl early this morning. When we release the owl we often let them sit on our shoulder. They are free to leave. This is a young one, born this summer so maybe its not that experienced yet. It looks like it descover that I am a human just before it takes off.
    Sorry about the video off-focus sometimes, my mobile camera is not the best at focus in low-light conditions. I hope you enjoy this little moment.
