So sorry it's late but here is the Pro-race exhaust fitted to the G1 , I run out of time to Dyno with the Baffle removed and i will be doing another video of this in the next few days but i think you could squeeze another couple of bhp out of it .
this was a fresh bike with hardly any miles .
I think once the bikes are run in they would be close to the claimed 14.6bhp standard .
Remember this is a fresh bike so hasn't loosened up yet so i would be quite confident of more BHP and i will also be doing a road test to see how responsive it is but looking at the graphs it has managed to improve the curve.
Great weight saving : 5.4kg standard & 2.4kg for the Pro-Race .
Sound : Only tried with the baffle in and it sounds awesome and not over the top ( will be doing further tests removed)
RIDER BEWARE:
As with any aftermarket modification on bikes this may affect your warranty and if it takes your bike over the legal limit for your country you may not be licensed to ride and you should let your insurance company know of any modifications that have been done.

The claimed power of motorcycles by manufacturer's is power at the crank not the back wheel you lose a percentage through the chain and back wheel ,so a 15hp motorcycle would be around 10 to 11hp at the back wheel maybe slightly more. so that's a good improvement over stock and could be heading towards 16 to 17hp at the crank .

just saw other youtuber test one at 170km it had 12hp and tested again at 800 and got 14hp, some owners tell the brake in is painful slow but the bike gets much better

@@the_woz not talking about speed but about engine break in period, they dyno test the same bike whit 170km on the odo and 800km and had 2hp more in the second test

I would love to see a vídeo of that beauty passing in 4° or 5° gear at 8/9 rpm to see that exhaust Scream😱... That exhaust are bad ass...

I've weighted so long for the follow up video I've ended up passing my a2 licence and have bought a bigger bike with a two brothers exhaust on😂😭😭😅😭😂🤣🤣

does anyone know whether accesorry exhausts from other motorcycles(e.g.Honda CB-125R) fit on the Zontes?
At first I thought you were trying to cheese this having it on the eco map but now I guess the Zontes claimed bhp is at the crank and not the wheel. This exhaust is a definite improvement in sound. Genuinely considering buying it.
Hi Ryan , to be honest i haven't noticed any difference with the eco/sport mode but now you have mentioned it i'm going to dyno in eco and sport as i didnt do that .

@@walkaroundvideos2054 maybe it’s just my bike but I find that it defaults to eco mode after I fill up. From talking to other owners online it seems mine is just weird.

Man, Zontes just arrived here in Brazil, with the R310. We would like your opinion about this brand. Are they durable, do they have engine problems over time? Are the parts in general durable?

could you explain to me why the power you have measured is lower than that published by the manufacturer?🤗
The manufacturers quote engine crank hp this is rear wheel hp which is less due to drive train loss so 12hp at the rear wheel is about 17 hp at the crank :)
Need to hear this without baffle any more footage?

It's my motorcycle in this video that was used in this and the exhaust is still on my Zontes Scrambler. It sounds so much nicer now, it's safer as people can hear me and the bike has more torque and bhp. It's still a 125 so there's only so much you can do, but this one single change to the bike is worth every penny. When you get your money at Christmas, spend it on this.

I'm disappointed with the results. The manufacturer states 14.6 bhp but in reality you only get 10.4 standard and 12.6 with the exhaust? The exhaust note is really nice by the way. Good job with that.

@@walkaroundvideos2054 OK that makes sense. I didn't realise the bike has very little miles done yet. :)
Manufacturer's power claim's are power at the crank not power at the back wheel ,so a percentage is lost through the chain and back wheel . So a 15hp bike would be around 10 to 11hp

Don't forget. The horsepower is measured at the crank. Not at the wheel....

If we say that the bike is a 2-stroke, it could have some improvement with a good exhaust pipe, but in the 4-stroke there is no improvement, well only in one thing, in the sound only.

Mon ybr était donnée pour 10 CV et c'était ça et pas 1 cv de plus.
Et puis depuis quand fait on des mesures de puissance sur des bécanes pas rodées ?

Let's be honest..A 125/ 155 motorbike can't sound good enough, no matter what exhaust you have fitted.
Wrong. I tested a lot and the Mivv GP One on a Zontes sounds great. Really great. No one believes it's just 125ccm when heard.
Looks and sounds awful.
10bhp yet they are being advertised as 14.4bhp no wonder my Yamaha majesty s scooter easily out performs them lol
No tiene que ver, la potencia que tiene transmite un motor al embrague, que es la que anuncian por ser mayor, que la que llega y miden a la rueda siempre inferior, y este motor lo que tiene mucho es par de 13 newton metro, además son categorías diferentes, saludos cordiales
