Many supporters were not happy when we signed Micky,they all once again wanted the more expensive option. But Micky has shown many wrong,brilliant player.
I trust Ange's judgement in seeing players capabilities and personality

I’m not sure who you heard that from but most I talk to wanted both Mickey VDV and Tapsoda as we needed cover and rotation for the CB, in my view that still is the case as we need plan for champions league football next season, having that extra cover would allow for a more smoother transition to the younger players like Ashley Philips and the other defenders in the under 21s coming through without affecting momentum in all completions.
Currently during caribao cup we all saw the second 11 wasn’t good enough and therefore putting to greater burden on the core group of players to play every game which is simply not possible……COYS
Dunno about that, most that I heard from were over the moon that we signed Micky.
I had already watched a highlights package. I was stoked when we signed him.
From the first game, this guy takes your breath away. I said in the beginning I hoped he would be a decent replacement for Jan Vertonghen but he exceeded all expectations. What a player!
This lad is top class & within 18 months will be recognised as one the best Centre backs in the world.
No he wont because people have an agenda against spurs. Messi can see Romero is a world-class defender but the rest of the Premiere leagues don't rate him.
@@moitbeans Yes, he will. If this “agenda against Spurs” is so Prevalent then how did Harry Kane become “the best striker in the world” ??
@@davidbeeson9408 because of his goals obviously. It's not that easy to underrate a striker since everyone can see his g/a. But not everyone focuses on defensive stats and that's the issue

I always want to believe in Spurs which I support the club, but I’m so glad Maddison said about our club last weekend,all the names and mentioning of our club whatever you want to call it, I know if something says to for example oh you’re Spurs,you won’t win anything.We need players who have to talk and tell where we want to be.💪👏

had no idea who he was, even a Danny Rose check on google wouldn't have told me enough. But the 6 epl games he's played, wow, so calm and he has pace, it's great to see, what a buy ! The team, Ange the club, Levy all just smiling right now. Seems like such a nice lad too

I was one of those people that wanted Tapsoba, i didn’t think Micky would be good enough in all honesty but hes been incredible 🎉
They are both good which is why I wanted both, but Levy let's us down again, if VDV or Romero get injured it's back to square one, Eric useless Dier.

I know it’s a very early call, but by the way he conducts himself on and off the pitch and with his teammates, if he’s still with Spurs in 5-6 year he’ll be captain or vice at least.

Top lad and top defender. Will only get better and with both he and Romero, adding the right sort of young players next summer will provide both competition and succession. Something which will hopefully mean the squad isnt in the same position again with its CBs.

Micky has been one of the leagues better defenders already. So why does Ian Wright think it's ok to pretend he doesn't know his name on MOTD2?, then concede through gritted teeth Spurs were good. That's disgraceful from a highly paid pundit. I used to like Wright. Nowadays I just think he's an arse.
Micky you don't know spurs well enough, we usually screw up just waiting for the bubble to burst, probably against Liverpool

Yeah of course, I never said I wasn't, just these bumps are very common for Spurs anyway we always have them. We'll get a better picture by December
Well that is true but hopefully a thing of the past and Ange can hit his target of getting us challenging season upon season. I can see him being here for a while, more than his usual 3yr stints. I think we need that to build a stable platform
