This works still in 2024. Why the F do Microsoft call this "use the language bar". This should be "hide the language bar".

@@Bolek_i_Lolek If you have multiple keyboard languages installed then maybe there is one more option to try: Open Settings and click on Personalization then select Taskbar options and in the System Tray Icons, turn off the Input indicator.
