Good Video.I'm going with a Drip System next year.I have always used Soak'r Hoses, but they don't put the water exactly were I want It.Water is getting EXPENSIVE,CAN'T AFFORD TO WASTE ANY!!! Compared to the cost of water,A FEW FITTINGS,SOME EXTRA HOSE ARE JUST A DROP IN THE BUCKET!!! The whole point of a GARDEN IS TO RAISE HIGH QUALITY,CHEAP FOOD!!! A high water bill doesn't fit in. Hell I might go buy a Drip System after I get my next WATER BILL.
Very helpful, thanks!
Thank you for watching
Thanks for the video. How has the system held up over time? Also, do you know if you can water directly from the 1/4” vinyl tubing into the garden rather than use the drip line? I can’t find drip line in stock anywhere.
it has help up will over time we move this system to another garden and installed a system from drip works here is a link to some half inch main line www.dripworks.com/catalogsearch/result?q=main+line
I'm growing tomatoes in fabric bags this year. What model drip system do I need>
Thank you for watching the video I would start with this system www.dripworks.com/deck-garden-irrigation-kit-small you can get a timer or no timer
The red or green round is where do you put it on the long run of drippers in a flower bed with mulch to hide it?
I would put it at the end of the run and low to ground so it is not seen as easily
I am trying to figure out how many hours I need to run the drop irrigation for my veggies
We run ours at 8 am noon and 5pm for 20 minutes each time every day
Did you intentionally grow milkweed?!
To avoid kinks in the hoses/tubing just unroll it vs. pulling off the spool.
thank you for watching no we did not intentionally grow milkweed it just had been growing there for years and thank you for the tip.
