    Hi there. Just wanted to inform people who watched this video that there will not be a follow up for this video. I did'nt really found time & motivation to film & edit the results video soon enough. And since it doesn't male much sense to upload it 10 months later I'm just going to summarize the most important stuff in this comment:
    - Combining lower sugar intake & being abstinent of my everyday nap is a very difficult combination, which made me incredibly tired for the first days. It is also the reason why I didn't take the sugar thing too serious. I needed my energy for final exams and projects of the semester.
    - I stayed vegetarian for the whole month and it was very very tiring to repeat explaining that I wouldn't eat meat under any circumstances this month. I didn't stick with the vegetarian thing after the month was over, but all in all my meat consumption has gone down significantly.
    - I managed to stick to a good sleeping schedule in general. Most of the days I reached my 8 hours of sleeping goal.
    - I had to stop doing sports completely after just a couple of days, because I got hit by a very bad cold & allergy combination.
    - The digital detox thing, reading challenge & vegetarian challenge were the 3 that I was able to manage every single day of the challenge.

    I know what you mean about books, I've got so many good books at home, and it kills me that i never get around to reading them these days :(
