      Check the listing and tell me they aren't deliberately misleading people. You can't show a box with 30lbs of GPUs in it for a listing for a 10lb box. They also have a misleading listing title, mentioning GPUs that are significantly newer than the ones they are actually selling. If you have 'RX 580, GTX 970, Quadro P1000, GTX 1060' on the listing but are selling GTX 600 series and HD 6000 series GPUs, it is a blatant violation of eBay listing policy. It is a bait and switch.
      The fact the Toasty Bros are an affiliate of this seller is just confirmation of what I already knew - they're a couple of BS artists. The fact they didn't have a rigged box is baffling. They are so far into their own hype, they can't even realize they are helping to commit fraud and doing it in the least intelligent way possible. This loot box crap has to stop. It is unlicensed gambling that primarily targets and exploits minors and young adults.

    1) Card that have no display, always test in both, AMD and Intel systems.
    As example, I have gigabyte 1080 - intel machine (from core2duo to 10th series I5 and anything between) - no display. AMD - works absolutely fine in every amd system tested it.
    Friend been using it bout year and have had no complaints.
    2) If no display, clean card and check haven't someone used conductive thermal paste (usually silver colored). Got quite few working with just some cleaning.
    3) Often its bad/corrupt bios. Use as secondary card and see is it recognised by gpu-z and windows and as what it shows up.
    4) Very common fault, people managed to knock of some cap that are right next to pci-e interface. Sometimes easy to replace but if its gone with traces, not easy.
    5) Legacy vs UEFI is prob with older cards.
    6) For any case, test all outputs of card. Rare but seen cards where hdmi dont work but DP does and vice versa.

      According to userbenchmark - and the Bros own testing here - the M4000 isn't as fast as the P2000. Games that really use the additional 3 GB of memory on the M4000 might be different, but generally the newer architecture matters a lot. • @Lurch-Bot

      The listing for these violates eBay T&C. They claim you'll get much newer GPUs. It is also a dumb scam because they made the Toasty Bros an affiliate and still sent them the oldest, crappiest GPUs they have. Bet they don't even have any P1000s, 1060s or RX580s like they claim so they couldn't stack the deck. They likely sold those separately after taking their photos. This whole deal is pure fraud. It is also unlicensed gambling which is forbidden on eBay. People who legitimately sell broken GPUs in bulk for parts or repair on eBay tell you what you're getting and 'GPUs by the pound' isn't how they are sold. It is a loot box, has a misleading listing, with misleading photos and violates at least 3 major elements of eBay T&C. I know this because I've legitimately sold numerous GPUs on eBay.
      Can't wait for the Asmongold vid on the downfall of the Toasty Bros. The fact they're promoting Jawa is a bad move on Jawa's part and, as a seller on the platform, I'll be sending them an email on why they need to stop using them for sponsorship. You use WD-40 to help the bearings? WD-40 is a d-greaser not a . Are they none grease bearings in the cards?

  • @Nathan15038
    @Nathan15038 Před 22 dny

    Hey, I mean for 100 bucks. I’ll just buy it because why not if they work that’s cool if they don’t work that’s also cool cause I would like to keep them as like a collectors or item. Like I feel like it would be a good desk piece or like you could hang it up on the wall or put on a shelf somewhere so it’s a win-win.😊

    Quadro 2000s r typical OEM placeholder cards for GPU upgrade provided from Nvidia in a bundle of goods and offered up as sales close incentive especially the Kepler; place holder. For display out and IT swap out at end use sale. Box of broken GPUs, to risky for me. mb

    for me its always the old crappy cards that work lol it seems like they were built to last or the fact they're so low power they never were ran hard just makes them run forever. I bought a box like this locally for way less and got more cards and basically all the 8600 gts or whatever worked, and some of the 5000 (old) series amd cards worked fine
