Thanks, this was very helpful? Hopefully, you all will come out with more case specific video examples. Can’t find very many of these types of SureTrigger examples on CZcams. I am surprised that there are not more SureCart/ sureTrigger examples.
Can a path contain decisions based on other connections. Like you have a sale in SureCart, can your path be predicated on tags in Fluentcrm or based on prior purchases in SureCart? Or is it based only on the record that trigger the workflow?
Example I want to take a a certain path if the customer hasn’t purchased a specific product in the past . Or I want to take a certain path if the customer has a specific TAG in FluentCRM.
What happens if your action fails or has conflicts? For example, you try to enroll them in a course they are already enrolled in or you add them as a user to Wordpress but they already have a user record. You showed a good example of what happens on Wordpress user records.
I am sure there are other cases of failed work flows. Is there some type of SureTriggers error log or notifications?
Under a path condition, can you insert another path and more conditional paths?
Are the word comparisons like you showed case insensitive?
When the target application has internal connectivity with the triggering app, is it better to use the internal trigger / work flow or SureTriggers? For example, SureCart/LearnDash have connectivity based on when someone purchases a course. SureCart can enroll them in the course. I assume it is better just to let SureCart do this instead of setting up a workflow in SureTriggers.
    Thanks
