Question I have the same identical antenna on a repeater. But the vswr has always been 1.5 at 145.500......@ 147.500 Vswr is 1.1.... I've examined the antenna and its entirety and I'm looking for a Solutions this isn't it not that expensive but it $400 I would think it would have a better vswr curve what can be done to swing the vswr down to 1.1 on 145.500 Any suggestions. Esa antena la tengo yo ,pero en una mudanza he perdido el tubo soporte de la antena las garras de sujeción al mástil y la última pieza que rosca sobre el ultimo tramo final. ¿ Donde podría localizar todas esas piezas?Gracias
For all the I don’t get it folks, this antenna is the worlds leading antennas for gain and for outright hands down distance and performance on the 2m / 440 bands it’s almost a magic thing and this video shows why it’s so incredible and that it’s not magic and it’s not that easy to duplicate obviously this 24’ behemoth is over $400 And that’s the krazy for what it really is a lot of copper n plastic

I fail to see a purpose for this video other than to show the measurement of the copper/brass internals of the X700H antenna. Maybe that is all this video was made to show.

Those ceramic capacitors on upper elements are 2pf/500V. All are connected in series.

Yes, that's what i also know about this video. And i think this video is a good measurement reference to people who will need a repair soon.
I my self did not got the point of this one at all moved to fast to make any thing out of it!!!
