    They aren’t selling because
    1. The MSRP is high
    2. Dealerships are still adding markups whether it’s “market adjustment” or dealer installed accessories
    3. The average interest rate for someone with a 800+ credit score is 5.6%
    4. No incentives
Ford dealerships have roughly a 100+ day supply on their lots (in general)… so it’s not like there’s a shortage… 2.8 million vehicles are sitting on lots nationwide

Real reason for price hikes: Cover massive losses on failed E V investment, and greed. Solution: Forget E V's, lower prices to boost volume and cut new car "dwell time" on dealer lots. If you're in the market for a car, don't wish for rate cuts. As with homes, prices would shoot through the roof.

Serious question...I hear all the time about people wanting a V8. Why the need for a V8? Is it nostalgia? The sound? People complain about the economy and gas prices, but then want to spend the money on an engine that would get even worse mileage.

The product is in it's fourth year, it's a little stale. The demand will always fall off as people buy and own their vehicle. If there is a redesign, additional or new options, the pace will pick up. Interest rates are SKY HIGH and it's a turn off all the way around for any purchase. People buy when value exceeds price. No one wants sedans, NISSAN the first brand you mention, is getting out of the sedan market. Maxima, the car that put them on the map in the US during the 90's is gone. Study up about the industry, in particular why EV's were pushed by manufacturers because their fleet wide EPA score needs to be at a certain level in order to produce V8 powered trucks that aren't as clean as smaller engine vehicles. Just wait til next year when it's even harder to meet the requirements. Cheap money, HELOC's and generational transfer of wealth fueled the craziness that drove the supply down and the market prices up the last couple of years. When you're used to seeing 10% of the normal vehicle inventory on lots and suddenly dealers have 80% of their pre-pandemic inventory in stock, it's going to look like vehicles aren't selling.

I've always thought that it was a wonderful idea for Ford to bring back the Bronco. In fact at a golf course that I play regularly one of the houses along the course has one of these 70's Broncos restored in his back yard . However Ford has to work on the DIY looking fenders. It looks as if someone took a flat piece of plastic and curved it around to fit on the Bronco without regard to styling at all. But the worst part is Ford thinks their Bronco deserves a $100k price tag on a vehicle that gets 12mpg and cannot fit in the compact parking at the mall. Great that it's fantastic off-road but . . . . ? Take a 100k vehicle off road and chance breaking something that could cost up to $10,000 to repair? No thank you! I'll keep my FJ Cruiser.

Took away the V6 on the Big Bend and Outerbanks. Dropped the 2dr on the OuterBanks. No option for signature lighting on the Black Diamond. Can’t choose wheels, tires, grill, monotone paint. Heritage edition is crap, should never have been a Sasquatch. Took away option for cloth seating, I have no issue with vinyl flooring. The packages suck, mid pkg. should have all options but B&O and Ford 360, to put vinyl with no standard heated seats is absolutely crazy. And lastly $5000 more than when it was released. Ford is trying to make money back from the what they loose on the electric Mach E and F150 Lighting.

I have owned 4 jeeps with the last one being a loaded 2020 Rubicon Recon with the 2.0L turbo four. The Bronco rode and drove much better, but the engine had an annoying tick sound almost like the hemi tick and it was brand new. The dealer had zero interest in working with me on price and there were zero finance and price incentives. I’m 6k upside down on my trade and they didn’t even try to make a deal. Needless to say I’ll never go back to buy one even when my car is paid off or there is no negative equity.

Whatever I buy, I'll want reliability with no failures after hearing of water pumps, transmissions, engines and anything else which could go wrong. Whether it's a 100F degree day or snowing on a 5 hour drive, I won't risk a break-down. Capability-wise, Bronco could meet my wants if only it wouldn't have a tendency to break-down. So far, my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and 2014 Acura MDX has been meeting my needs, but I will be researching and looking for my next vehicle as both are nearing 100K miles. I'm also disappointed with Toyota's reputation on its latest vehicles right now, so I suppose Ford is in good company at least.

Cause the starting price of a bronco big bend is $39k. When the new Bronco launched, the now discontinued Base model was $29,795.
Mavericks are selling like hotcakes because you can get a pretty decently optioned XLT for $35k. Hell, a decent XL is only 30k.
But ford would rather make the Super crew For Ranger 40k rather than bring the single cab that sells for like 20k in foreign markets.
Make cheap reliable trucks again then perhaps they will sell. Also force your dealers to sell lower trim vehicles rather then optioning mid to high trims. We can't afford these prices and interest rates assholes

No problem affording a Raptor but I sat in a few this weekend (dealer is discounting $10K) and interior belongs in a $30-40K car. Cheap. Manual seats. Plastics. Crap audio system. I have a Heritage and know the interior is cheap in Broncos but it’s $40K less than a Raptor. A F-150 Raptor is way nicer and cheaper too.

I hope they aren't selling because people are coming to their senses! I watch videos like this on every brand ... And I hope none, of any brand sell, so that maybe the prices will come down to at least a reasonable number. But if idiots keep paying this ridiculous prices ... Manufacturers will keep pushing the limit, and testing the waters by creeping the price up year by year. But! Hopefully people have come to their senses and nothing will move and prices will come WAAAAY down

They’re sitting because they should be an MSRP of $75K. At that price they are an amazing price for the best off-road vehicle money can buy off a lot and it’s not even close. But they need to come back down to the original MSRPs

those trucks are junk, I love Ford had F150's 350's but would never spend the money on those under powered Broncos, they are not like what they used to be, for that Money I can get a Full Size Yukon Denali with all the bells and whistles and with a Diesel that gets avg 27 mpg. Ford needs to improve their quality and get a bigger better engine in that truck like the 3.5 EcoBoost that is in the Raptor

    • @chadhaire1711

I personally would rather buy myself a first generation bronco, which I’m looking for as I’ve had a first generation scout restore that now I’ve got a collectable I can still drive to work once in a while but guess what I live in Canada there’s salt on the road this vehicle is gonna be worth $25,000 down the roadthe bronco of course is not gonna be a daily driver is going to go up and value most likely but even classic car prices are going down so we’re going to major recession so when people start losing their jobs which they’re going to you’re gonna get so many cheap vehicles
