The Snowdonia Way - Day 2 - Hiking & Wildcamping in Wales

Running for 97 miles through the mountains of North Wales, the Snowdonia Way is a multi day long distance unwaymarked route that takes you through the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
The option mountain route is 122 miles including Cadair Idris, Snowdon, Cnicht and the Glyders.
The route takes you through the highest peaks in Wales, mountain lakes, ruined castles, deep valleys, wooded hillsides and open moorland.

Great video. But those blisters dont look good. I suggest wearing 2 pairs of socks to lessen the friction.

Hey mate, yes I was very lucky with the weather. It's why I made a late change of plan to do this route rather than The Cotswolds Way

Interesting red pattern of the pressure points on both your feet from the inside of your shoes. It would seem to be saying that they aren’t the shoes for your feet. Or maybe some different innersoles could help distribute the pressure better?

Have since changed socks. Tbh I think I hadn't done enough hiking before hand so my skin was too soft
