This Haka was composed by Tapunga Nepe , Actions are by myself which symbolizing different parts of fight, from stauching up at the start to smacking the body to prep the muscles, being in sink to show unity of well trained unit, to maintaining focus, in the fight.
This haka is for this gym specifically, and for special occasions and prep for big Battles,
Mark Hunt is a massive icon for all areas polynesia, he is also a kiwi, and embodies the true sense of the warrior spirit, besides goin war as a soldier, to me this is also one of its truest arena's, to be performed........this was me and my crews offering to a brother of this house........and an appreciation of who he is .

As a man with Celtic ancestry, who has immense pride in his heritage, I feel that same pride flowing through these men. To be a true warrior, means to show any enemy that you fear no harm that could come from him. That you would protect your family, your home, and your freedom through any means necessary. No matter the cost. That you know death is a part of life and a death on your feet could never be as unbearable as a life on your knees. You can tell the Haka is something truly special for the Ancestors to make sure it was a mandatory practice or ceremony for thousands of yrs speaking good affirmations in a powerful chant or warcry in combination of the dance is actually deep asf and very powerful.

I went on a trip to Hawaii recently and went to a luow where I saw dozens of different dances the represented each culture and the Samoan war chant was the most intense and awesome to watch. Apart from all the sexy hula dancers👌

many years ago, I was on a 3-day diving trip on the Great barrier Reef. When we were finished and back in Cairns, we all went for dinner to a bar/restaurant. The dive-master and two of the people that were on the dive trip were from New Zealand. Late in the evening, the three NZ guys (with the bar manager's permission) suddenly jumped up onto the bar and started to do a Haka.
The Aussies all knew what was going on - we had seen the Haka before. . . But the Americans, Germans and French people that were in the group totally FREAKED OUT!!
They didn't know what the hell was happening!!!. . they ran, terrified into the corner of the bar, screaming (mostly). . . We Aussies had to go and explain what it was. . . After they got over their initial shock and horror, the Europeans wanted to see it again. . And they wanted to film it to show their friends/ relatives.
They couldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the night. . they were totally amazed and enthralled by the power and emotion of the Haka!!
