My very old Voli build still works.
Merc Treads, Phantom Dancer, Lichbane for the 14-28% MvSpd and Empowered Autos (chase power), then Black Cleaver and Frostfire Gauntlet for slows, tank stats, and armor pen (to stick and melt), then a Mythic of your choice (Galeforce for extra dash and attspd or something to make you tankier) with the final item of Leviathan for the HP+ and heals.
I used to use a second Phantom Dancer or Triforce instead of the Lichbane for more mvspd and attspd or an Infinitys Edge instead for pure dmg.
The theory still applies that you need to move fast and hit hard while being an off-tank who heals fast.
You move really fast, stick to targets, slow them even after they flash of you get even a single hit in, and literally melt everything.
The Frozen Mallet (now Frostfire Gauntlet) was always my 3rd item for the HP/tank stats and slows on auto/ability use, that's when he became truly dangerous to be anywhere near. 😁

Awesome vid Zwag! That attack speed was crazy! Would love to see a max cc Fiddle vid with Everfrost and Rylai's (I like to go predator to gank a lot early, but you can definitely do harvest, electrocute, or first strike if you want)

I love going riftmaker into nashors and dcap on voli with conqueror since you end up getting 2.50 attack speed once you hit all 3 items and it’s so funny

Pro-tip, with hail of blades you basically get instant lightning. one of my most fav builds out there

@@human678 thats what your passive is for. voli gets attackspeed, its usually those first 3 autoattacks that can be sometimes difficult to get off if you dont have minions to stack on beforehand. Plus, if you go with the build zwag used, full ap, you wont be doing extended fights much because you either nuke the enemy or get nuked.

Probably need more game knowledge, learn itemizing and try to improve macro (watch your fav streamers, high elo gameplays). Cs is veryyyy important, like veryyy important. If you can play safe and focus on cs, it would be win win since you don't give enemy gold and you still get gold. Other than that... idk
I usually prefer to max e, the dmg is insane also considering the shield.
Q max if vs ranged. E max for poke. W max for literally anything else.

Try a no cool down kawg W. With quick blade and two other crit item. Every 5 crit you can activate your W again. I tried it on ARAM a few time. I suggest going life steal for sustain but you the pro.

Go chemtank if you play it jungle - did for fun and climbed an account from bronze - plat 1 in a couple days. Very broken

when i play AP voli and i play it a lot in ranked, i max E first then Q
E max for poke. Q max vs ranged. W max any other time
@@nicholascorey9659 well but since E ap scaling is amazing, whatever matchup except for maybe vayne i just drop E and run at them with Q making sure it actually hits, autoresetting with W and stacking lethal tempo, by the time they notice they are not winning its too late and i win the trade hard, then wait for E again, aatrox can space very well so its a good ban also fiora with W
